These terms govern your use of ERPDunia products and services provided by ERPDunia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or paying an invoice you agree to them.
1. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@erpdunia.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly cycle. Prices exclude applicable GST, which is shown on every invoice. Subscriptions renew for the same cycle unless auto-renew is switched off before the renewal date.
3. Acceptable use
You will not use the service to break the law, send unsolicited messages, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into the service. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, and you can export it at any time during your subscription.
5. Support and service levels
Support response and resolution targets depend on your plan’s support tier, as published on our pricing page. Targets apply to tickets raised through the client portal.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.
