This policy explains what personal data ERPDunia collects through ERPDunia, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email, phone number and business details.
- Billing details such as GSTIN and address. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment gateway and never stored by us.
- Usage information such as sign-in times, used to secure accounts and improve the product.
How we use it
To provide and support the service, send invoices and renewal reminders, respond to enquiries, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data by writing to support@erpdunia.com. Some records, such as tax invoices, must be retained as required by law.
Security
Access is role-based, passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and sign-in attempts are rate-limited. Data is backed up daily.
