Use this plan to launch School ERP in a week without disturbing classes. Start with the office, then bring in teachers and parents.

Day 1: School profile and academic year

  • Add school details, logo and the academic year under Settings > School.
  • Create classes and sections, and set the working days.

Day 2: Staff

  • Invite office staff, teachers and the principal with the right roles.
  • Assign a class teacher to each section.

Day 3: Students

  • Import your student list from Excel with parent names and mobile numbers.
  • Check a few records by hand, especially siblings and transport routes.

Day 4: Fees

  • Create fee plans with instalments, due dates and concessions.
  • Enter any dues carried over from the last term.
  • Connect your payment gateway so reminders can carry a UPI payment link.

Day 5: Parents

  • Send the parent app invitation by SMS and WhatsApp.
  • Share a short notice explaining what parents will see each day.

Day 6: Classroom routine

  • Teachers mark attendance from their phones in the first period.
  • Post the day's homework and one photo from a class activity.

Day 7: First reminders and review

  • Send fee reminders for the next due date.
  • Review the attendance summary and the fee collection report.
Tip: Hold a 20-minute session with teachers on day 6. Attendance habits form in the very first week.
