Your data belongs to your business. You can take it out at any time, on any plan, without asking anyone.
Export a list or report
Most list screens, such as patients, parties, invoices or leads, have an Export button.
- Apply the filters you need, such as a date range or a branch.
- Click Export and choose Excel or CSV.
- Large exports are prepared in the background and emailed to you as a download link.
Request a full account export
The account owner can export everything in one go:
- Open
Settings > Data export. - Click Request full export.
- We prepare a ZIP file with every table as a CSV file and all uploaded documents in folders.
The download link goes to the owner's email and expires after 7 days.
How backups work
- The database is backed up every day, and every backup is encrypted.
- Backups are kept for 30 days on storage separate from the live servers.
- Uploaded files such as photos, PDFs and scanned documents follow the same schedule.
- ERPDunia Elite accounts run on a private cloud with daily off-site backups.
Restoring data
If records were deleted by mistake, raise a ticket with the date, the module and what went missing. We restore to a separate copy first, so your current work is never overwritten.
If you cancel
Your data stays available for export for 30 days after the subscription ends. After that it is permanently deleted from live systems, and from backups at the end of their 30-day cycle.
Tip: Take a full export every month and keep it with your accountant's records.
